Cancellation Policy

I value your time. To ensure the best service for all my clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to accommodate other appointments. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to work with you in those cases. Thank you for respecting my time and policies! REFUND POLICY At Hair by Brie, your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you're not happy with your service, please review the following refund policy: SERVICES I do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact me within 5 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. I will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to correct the issue, if it is determined to be a service error. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. EXTENSIONS All hair extension sales are final. If there's a concern with the installation or hair quality, please contact me within 3 days so we can find a resolution.
