Cancellation Policy

I value your time. To ensure the best service for all my clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to accommodate other appointments.
